“So welcoming from the moment of arrival. Relaxing check-in at the reception desks with armchairs immediately puts you into leisure mode. Gorgeous spacious standard room with huge bathroom and powerful walk in shower. Beds really comfortable. Food was fabulous. I totally recommend the Tastes of Apple dessert which was a gastronomic experience. The spa is top class. Could have stayed in the quiet relaxation room, Jacuzzi, and hydrotherapy room all day. “We have just returned from a lovely relaxing weekend stay at Fota Island Resort. Everything about our stay was excellent from the spa facilities to the amazing breakfast spread. The staff really made the experience special though. Myself and my wife were celebrating an anniversary and once Emma on reception heard this she went out of her way top make our stay unique. “Top quality from when you 1st step in the door until you leave. Excellent rooms with large comfortable beds. Breakfast was second to none with great selection of freshly prepared options or fresh fruits and pastries. Didn’t try the spa but looked good through the window.
